Do you include receipts in your boxes?
We don't. We know your foodie gift box is almost always a gift, we never include pricing information, receipts, or invoices in our shipped packages. You will get an email with your order information and receipt.
Uh, oh! I need to change the shipping address.
For address changes, send an email to thefoodiegiftbox@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the changes needed. If it is something we can do and the order is not yet processed or shipped, we will accommodate as best we can.
If the order has shipped, we suggest you reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number as they will be the best bet in re-directing a package. Please note we cannot be held responsible for errors when customers have input an incorrect shipping address.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final (but don’t worry, they’ll love it!). We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If something arrives damaged or doesn’t feel quite right, reach out to us and we’ll make it right.
